Introduction of Withdrawal Fees for Crypto Assets from May 17, 2023

We would like to inform you of a change in our fees. From 17 May, we will charge fees for withdrawing crypto assets from your Amdax account. When withdrawing crypto assets, we incur network charges, which can vary significantly due to their dynamic nature. At Amdax, from 17 May, we apply a fixed cost recovery fee of €15 per withdrawal. This amount is deducted from the value of the crypto assets you withdraw. To ensure quality and security, cryptocurrency transactions are always verified and executed by several people.
