Onboarding at AMDAX

All the steps needed to complete your profile.

Because of our registration with DNB, we start with a thorough compliance procedure and ask you to provide information. The exact procedure depends on the type of account you open with AMDAX. Below, we would like to take you through the steps we take together to complete your profile.

You will receive a link to our secure portal, called “Blanco”. Here you can upload all requested documents and fill in a questionnaire. Once you have completed your profile here, our compliance team will go through all the information with you and we can get started. The processing of your data – depending on the completeness and complexity – takes an average of 2 business days.

Once the compliance procedure is completed and approved, you will receive a customer agreement from us. This agreement is also sent to you from the system called Blanco. You can read through this agreement and sign it (digitally). After we have received your signed client agreement, we will gladly open the account and you will get access to your personal trading account.

If you choose to open an individual private AMDAX account, we will need the following information from you:

  • Income tax return, the most recent version. We use this to identify the origin of the deposit (e.g. income or savings).
  • A clear picture of your passport or ID card (note: if you upload your ID card, we will ask for the front and back).
  • A bank statement showing your name and home address. This should be from the same account from which you will be making any deposits.
  • A completed questionnaire, the so-called Survey.

You can upload all requested documents via your personal profile in our portal. You will find a link to this portal in the e-mail you received from us.

At AMDAX it is also possible to open an account with your partner or a child, whereby both of you have access to the account. If you choose this option, we will need the following information from you:

  • Income tax return, the most recent version. We use this to identify the origin of the deposit (e.g. income or savings).
  • A clear photo of both passports or ID cards (note: if you upload your ID card, we will ask for the front and back).
  • A bank statement showing your name and home address. This should be from the same account from which you will be making any deposits. Would you like to add a second bank account? That is possible. If you send us the information for both accounts we will whitelist them.
  • A completed questionnaire, the so-called Survey.

To open a corporate AMDAX account, we require the following information from you:

  • A clear picture of your passport or ID card (note: if you upload your ID card, we will ask for the front and back).
  • The most recent annual accounts of your company. We use this to determine the origin of the deposit.
  • Chamber of Commerce data.
  • A bank statement of the business account from which you will make any deposits. The business address should also be on it.
  • A completed and signed UBO form – we will send you this form.

You can upload all requested documents via your personal profile in our portal. You will find a link to this portal in the e-mail you received from us.

If you open an account with AMDAX on behalf of a foundation, we will need the following information from you:

  • The most recent annual accounts of the foundation.
  • The memorandum and articles of association. Here we can see the distribution of shares.
  • A clear picture of passports or ID-cards of the participants within the foundation (please note: if you upload your ID-card, we will ask for the front and back).
  • A copy or download of the bank account of the foundation with address details.
